Warehouse Manager

A warehouse management is a key part of the supply chain and primarily aims to control the movement and storage of materials within a warehouse and process the associated transactions, including shipping, receiving, dispatching and delivery.Key responsibilities include:Supervising all daily activities of the warehouse such as receiving, storing, labeling & bar-coding, stock allocation & distribution, dispatching, returns etc… in accordance to company policy and procedures.Processing all tasks through the company computerized system.Loading and unloading in addition to distribution management with all suppliers and branches.Preventing expires by well managing the stock using FIFO.Managing damage items and returns to suppliers.Will be responsible to maintain and preparation of all inventory documents (GRN, delivery notes, Invoicing, Sales return…etc).Coordinating with purchasing head and finance in all warehouse processes.Follow up the receiving and checking of the goods against invoices of the suppliers.Follow up the collection and checking of the goods against the delivery notes issued to the outlets.Follow up the printing of the barcodes and all other formalities before sending it to the outlets.Minimizing process time by well managing warehouse staff efficiently and effectively.Arabic - Fluent / ExcellentEnglish - Fluent / ExcellentOwn a CarAnyHave Driving LicenseAnyJob SkillsEducation: Minimum degree in Pharmacy Diploma.Experience: more than 6-8 years experience in a similar position in pharmaceutical warehousing or FMCG's.Strong ability to work under pressure.Strong coordination and team management skills.Computer literacy.Fluency in both Arabic & English.About The CompanyWHITES is the first chain of health & beauty shops in Saudi Arabia and the fastest growing.
