Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse In-Charge to take full ownership of our warehouse operations and reorganize, streamline, and control company inventory. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in inventory management, warehouse layout optimization, and process improvement, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and accountability across all stock movements.Key ResponsibilitiesReorganize and optimize the warehouse layout for better space utilization and workflowImplement clear binning, labeling, and SKU identification systemsMaintain accurate inventory records (raw materials, finished goods, accessories, and spare parts)Monitor stock levels, aging inventory, and slow-moving itemsEnsure proper inward and outward movement documentationCoordinate with production, sales, and logistics teamsConduct regular cycle counts and physical stock auditsReduce inventory discrepancies, losses, and damagesEnforce warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and cleanlinessSupervise warehouse staff, helpers, and loadersPrepare inventory and warehouse reports for managementRequirementsMinimum 5years of experience as Warehouse In-Charge or Inventory ControllerStrong background in inventory reorganization and process setupExperience in furniture, manufacturing, FMCG, etcGood understanding of FIFO, stock aging, and inventory controlsExperience using ERP or inventory systems (Odoo, NetSuite, or similar preferred)Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work hands-on and lead by example#J-18808-Ljbffr
