Warehouse Manager

<div><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Warehouse Operations</h3><ul><li>Supervise receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.</li><li>Ensure timely loading and unloading of materials.</li><li>Maintain FIFO and/or FEFO systems for inventory rotation.</li><li>Optimize space utilization and warehouse layout for operational efficiency.</li><li>Able to manage 4-5 warehouses.</li></ul><h3>Inventory Management</h3><ul><li>Maintain accurate stock records through ERP or manual systems.</li><li>Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits.</li><li>Identify and resolve stock discrepancies.</li><li>Minimize stock damage, obsolescence, and pilferage.</li></ul><h3>Store Management</h3><ul><li>Oversee issuing of raw materials and consumables to production.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation (issue slips, GRNs, returns, etc.).</li><li>Ensure traceability of materials and finished goods.</li></ul><h3>Team Management</h3><ul><li>Manage, train, and evaluate warehouse and store personnel.</li><li>Schedule staff shifts and assign duties.</li><li>Enforce discipline and ensure productivity.</li></ul><h3>Compliance&Safety</h3><ul><li>Ensure adherence to company safety policies and UAE legal requirements.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse and stores.</li><li>Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions.</li></ul><h3>Reporting&Coordination</h3><ul><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and movement reports.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement, production, quality control, and logistics teams.</li><li>Escalate shortages, excesses, or quality issues promptly.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Skills</h3><ul><li><b>Education:</b>Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li><b>Experience:</b>Minimum 5–7 years in warehouse/store management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.</li><li><b>Skills:</b><ul><li>Strong knowledge of inventory systems (ERP, WMS).</li><li>Leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Good understanding of health&safety standards.</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Energetic and Aggressive candidates preferred.</li><li>Effective communication and documentation skills.</li></ul></li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
