Job Description Urgent hiring for Warehouse Manager - Vasai (Kaman)- Mumbai/ Pataudi- Gurgaon/ Howrah- Kolkata Profile- Warehouse Manager Location- Vasai (Kaman)- Mumbai/ Pataudi- Gurgaon/ Howrah- Kolkata Experience- Minimum 4 years experience Ctc- Up to 8 LPA Working days 6 days (2nd & 4th sat off) Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Oversee end-to-end warehouse activities including inbound receipt, storage, order processing, dispatch, transport coordination, returns, repackaging, and combo creation across B2B, D2C, and marketplace models. Inbound & Outbound Management Ensure proper receipt, verification, storage, picking, packing, and timely dispatch of goods while maintaining accurate documentation and coordination with logistics partners. Inventory Management & Compliance Maintain accurate inventory through daily cycle counts, physical verification, reconciliations, and ensure system stock matches physical stock while adhering to SOPs and documentation standards. Discrepancy & Claims Management Identify and resolve stock discrepancies, follow up on issues, and ensure timely submission and approval of claims related to damages or shortages. Expense & System Management Monitor warehouse expenses, manage petty cash, ensure accurate data entry in OMS/WMS, maintain Excel trackers (VLOOKUP, Pivot), and escalate red-flagged transactions to HO. Team & Stakeholder Management Supervise warehouse staff (payroll & contract) and coordinate with HO, suppliers, transporters, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Communication & Execution Ensure timely execution of warehouse activities, clear communication, quick issue resolution, and the ability to work effectively under operational pressure. || Interested Candidates can share there CV on Mail or What's app for Shortlisting ||
