Job Description Job Title: Warehouse Executive Location: Ahmedabad Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling of inventory, dispatch, and storage activities. Key Responsibilities: Manage inward and outward material movement Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods Monitor stock discrepancies and conduct regular audits Supervise loading/unloading and dispatch activities Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards Prepare reports on stock, dispatch, and warehouse operations Requirements: 14 years of experience in warehouse/store operations Knowledge of inventory management and stock control Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel Good coordination and organizational skills Basic understanding of safety and compliance norms Preferred Industry: Building Materials / Manufacturing / Logistics Key Skills: Inventory Management Warehouse Operations Coordination & Planning Attention to Detail Problem-Solving
