In addition this role is crucial in ensuring full compliance with all applicable legislative and regulatory requirements and/or company policies.Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloped technical expertise and specialist skills of warehouse and distribution activities, thus providing advice and support to othersTroubleshooting complex problems and liaising with own and other departments to resolve issuesSupport continuous improvement processes and ensuring successful implementation of agreed changesParticipation in internal and external audits, conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance across the siteAssessing training needs and schedules as required to meet immediate needsPrioritising and allocating work, planning resource and day to day supervision of teamsKnowledge, Skills and Experience requiredFour years supervisory/managerial experience within warehousing and distribution in pharmaceuticalsUp to date and demonstrable knowledge of cGMP, and cGDP requirements within a warehouse and distribution operationAbility to challenge existing processes and to effectively structure, draft and present improvements proposalsAbility to effectively and compliantly review, amend and draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Intermediate excel skills - Manipulating, analysing and presenting dataThe package: competitive according to experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
