Job Description As a member of the Vaccine Manufacturing (Cell Culture) department at VTC MFG. QC, your role will involve the following responsibilities:
**Role Overview:**
- Responsible for cell revival, subculture, and cell counting of MRC-5 cells.
- Preparation of Master Cell Banks (MCB) and Working Cell Banks (WCB).
- Experience in handling Roller bottles, Cell stacks, and Tissue Culture Flasks (TCFs).
- Preparation of media and in-process buffers in media mixing vessels.
- Experience in virus infection and virus harvesting procedures.
- Proficient in working with Chicken embryo fibroblast cells, including pooling of embryos and seeding of Roller bottles.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform biochemical techniques, chromatography techniques, electrophoresis techniques, and immunoassay techniques.
- Utilize cell culture techniques and molecular techniques effectively.
- Conduct Analytical Method Validation (AMV) and Analytical Method Development and Transfer Quality control (QC).
- Adhere to cGMP, cGLP, and Quality Management Systems (QMS) standards.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Previous experience in vaccine manufacturing and cell culture techniques.
- Proficiency in handling Roller bottles, Cell stacks, and Tissue Culture Flasks (TCFs).
- Familiarity with analytical method validation and quality control practices.
- Understanding of cGMP, cGLP, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
