This role is responsible for greeting guests warmly, presenting menus, taking orders accurately, and serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. The waitress will also maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, handle guest requests with care, and support overall F&B operations to reflect the world‑class hospitality of Aquarabia.RequirementsEducation: High school or equivalent.Experience: 0‑1+ years of relevant experience in a similar leadership role.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and guest preferences.Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.Flexibility to work.Job ResponsibilitiesGreet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable.Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests using a point‑of‑sale (POS) system and record orders precisely.Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring orders are delivered hot or cold as appropriate and in a timely manner.Assist guests with menu selections, providing information about menu items, ingredients, potential allergens, and offering recommendations.Check on guests regularly to ensure their dining experience meets expectations and address any issues or requests promptly.Clear and reset tables between guests, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.Handle guest payments accurately, processing cash, credit, or mobile payments through the POS system.Support the kitchen staff by coordinating order timing and communicating special requests or dietary needs.Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, following proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.Assist in restocking service areas, ensuring supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments are always available.Participate in opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down service areas and preparing for the next shift.Engage with guests to create a positive dining experience, ensuring they leave with a favorable impression of the restaurant and park.#J-18808-Ljbffr
