As the face of our seafood dining experience, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests enjoy the freshest flavors of the sea in a welcoming atmosphere.Core ResponsibilitiesExpert Guest Handling: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage seating efficiently, and maintain a high level of hospitality throughout the dining experience.Menu Expertise: Provide detailed information on our seafood offerings, including catch of the day, preparation methods (grilled, fried, steamed), and allergen information.Precision Communication: Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen team.Table Management: Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
