OverviewOur client, a renowned hospitality establishment in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Waitress to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.As a Waitress you will be responsible for providing top-quality service to customers ensuring a positive dining experience. You will interact directly with guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome customers as they arrive, providing a friendly and attentive experience.Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted.Serve food and beverages promptly and in accordance with the restaurant's standards.Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area including tables, chairs, and service stations.Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints about professionalism and courtesy.Upsell additional items such as desserts or beverages to enhance the guest experience.Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu including daily specials and provide recommendations to guests.Assist with opening and closing duties including setting up and cleaning tables.Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.RequirementsDiploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality or any related field.Minimum of 2 years experience as a Waitress or in a similar customer service role (preferably in the hospitality industry).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Should be 5'4" in height.No visible tattoos.Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Knowledge of food and beverage menus and service techniques.Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).Flexible working hours including evenings and weekends / Split shift.A valid UAE work permit is preferred (if applicable).To view other vacancies we have, please check our website and follow us on our social media accounts LinkedIn / Facebook / Twitter / Instagram.Disclaimer: Black Pearl will never ask for money or any form of charge from our candidates just to process or consider their application for any of our available vacancies.
