Waiter in Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter to join our team at a fine dining restaurant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable dining experience.Responsibilities:- Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner- Present menus to guests and make recommendations based on their preferences- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests- Serve food and drinks to guests with proper etiquette- Ensure that all orders are delivered promptly and accurately- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns- Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary- Assist with setting up tables, cleaning tables, and general restaurant maintenance- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, daily specials, and beverage options- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional serviceRequirements:- Previous experience as a waiter in a fine dining restaurant is preferred- Excellent communication skills in English- Fluent in Hindi or Malayalam is preferred- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude- Ability to work well under pressure- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays- Must have experience handling cash transactions- Knowledge of food safety regulations is an assetBenefits:This position offers competitive pay with additional benefits such as accommodation provided by the company.
