Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Waiter / Waitress to join our vibrant team at Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman. We seek individuals who go beyond the resume – those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.Support and assist in the smooth running of the food & beverage department, delivering the highest levels of service and ensuring both property and company standards are met.Take responsibility for assigned duties, ensuring timely and professional execution.Collaborate with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, providing a responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.Support and deliver on the strategies and objectives of the food service department, taking ownership of designated areas.Develop and build own skills, knowledge, and experience, aligning with the company's culture of growth, development, and performance.Collaborate with the Head of Department to maintain inventory, achieve productivity targets, and attain performance levels.Build and maintain effective working relationships, communicating with key stakeholders while promoting company culture and values.Ensure adherence to all legislation, delivering best practice activities, documentation, and follow-up for internal and external audit.QualificationsNational academic qualifications preferred.1+ years of relevant experience in food & beverage service.Why Join Radisson Hotel Group?Live the magic of hospitality – create exceptional experiences and memorable moments every day.
