Waiter – Dibba‑El‑Fujairah, UAEJob SummaryWe are looking for a professional Waiter to join our team at the 5-star hotel in Dibba‑El‑Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and an enjoyable dining experience to all of our guests. They must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in similar roles and be comfortable working evenings and weekends. We are offering a competitive salary of 1800 AED per month for this position.Duties & ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome customers upon their arrivalAttend to customers’ needs promptly and courteouslyTake orders accurately and deliver them to the kitchen in a timely mannerEnsure that the tables are clean and set up properly before each shiftServe food and drinks according to established standardsAddress customer complaints or questions promptly, professionally, and courteouslyMonitor guest satisfaction levels throughout dining experienceCollect payments from customers following completion of their meal/drinks ordersRemain knowledgeable about menu items, special promotions, or any new items added to the menuMaintain cleanliness of work areas at all timesQualifications & RequirementsProven experience in a Waiter role is essentialFamiliarity with standard restaurant practices is essentialAble to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 15kgs, bend or reach out when necessaryMust be able to work evenings, weekends, as well as holidays when necessaryExcellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills requiredWe are an equal opportunity employer welcoming applications from all qualified candidates regardless of race or nationality.If you meet the above requirements please submit your CV with a cover letter outlining why you would make an ideal candidate for this role.
