Waiter – Ras-al-Khaimah, UAEWe are looking for an enthusiastic Waiter to join our team in Ras‑al‑Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests in a timely and professional manner.The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to multi‑task and handle stressful situations, and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and demonstrating a commitment to working with the team.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers upon their arrival and take orders for food and beverages.Ensure that all orders are accurate and served in a timely manner.Provide excellent customer service by attending to customer needs promptly.Maintain knowledge of menu items, specialties and promotions.Upsell additional products when appropriate.Ensure cleanliness of the dining area is maintained at all times.Follow health and safety standards according to guidelines.Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience as a waiter is an advantage but not necessary.Ability to remain calm under pressure.Good communication skills both written and verbal.Excellent organizational skills.We offer an attractive salary of 1000 AED per month.
