OverviewWaiter in El-Fujairah, UAE. We are looking for a Waiter to join our team at El-Fujairah. We are a busy, family-run restaurant and require an experienced staff member to provide outstanding customer service.The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask and take initiative in order to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will also be friendly and outgoing, with the ability to engage with customers and build strong relationships.ResponsibilitiesGreeting customers warmly upon arrival, seating them appropriately, and providing menusTaking orders accurately and efficientlyPreparing drinks orders accurately, in line with company guidelines, as well as serving food ordersUpselling additional products where possibleAnswering customer queries quickly and efficientlyEnsuring all areas of the restaurant remain clean and tidy throughout service hoursMaintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all areas of the restaurantEnsuring customer satisfaction by providing friendly serviceAssisting in closing duties as required such as cleaning tables, resetting dining areas etc.Having a good knowledge of menu items including ingredients, cooking times etc.QualificationsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and take initiativeFriendly, outgoing attitude with the ability to engage customers and build relationshipsGood knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and cooking timesCommitment to high standards of food safety and hygieneCompensationThe salary for this position is 1800 per month.
