You should also possess excellent communication skills and must always keep up with the latest trends and techniques in the hospitality industry.To qualify for this position you must possess at least 2 years of experience working as a Waiter or similar role within the hospitality industry. You should also have good knowledge of local dishes as well as international cuisines.
