The successful candidate will be responsible for taking orders from customers, ensuring the quality of food and beverage service is of the highest standard, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers as they arrive and take orders for food and beveragesPresent menus to customers and answer any questions they may haveServe food and beverages to customers in a polite mannerEnsure all dishes are prepared correctly according to customer specificationsEnsure all dishes are served at the correct temperatureClean tables after customers have finished their mealsCollect payment from customers at the end of their mealMaintain high standards of hygiene in the restaurant areaProvide information to customers about the menu itemsQualifications & SkillsA minimum of 2 years' experience working in a fast paced restaurant environmentAbility to work under pressure while delivering superior customer service at all timesExcellent communication skills both verbal & writtenSalary & BenefitsThe successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1200 AED per month.
