Waiter Arabic Speaker

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Arabic-speaking Waiter to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of service.Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional mannerPresent menus make recommendations and answer questions about food and beveragesTake accurate orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staffServe food and beverages in a timely and efficient mannerEnsure tables are set up correctly and maintained throughout serviceProcess payments and handle cash and credit transactions accuratelyMaintain a clean and organized work areaCollaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth serviceAddress guest concerns promptly and professionallyAdhere to all food safety and hygiene regulationsAssist in opening and closing procedures as requiredParticipate in regular team meetings and training sessionsAdapt to rotating schedules and different sub-departments within the Food & Beverage Division as neededQualifications :Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality preferredMinimum of 1 year experience in a 4-5 star hotel environment (fresher candidates with strong potential will be considered)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in Arabic & EnglishStrong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanorDetail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentBasic math skills for handling bills and paymentsPhysical stamina to stand and walk for extended periodsFlexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidaysKnowledge of food and beverage items with the ability to make recommendationsFamiliarity with POS systems and cash handling proceduresUnderstanding of food safety and hygiene practicesTeam player with a collaborative attitudeAbility to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitudeAdditional Information :Additional Language is an added advantage.Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract recruit and promote diverse talent.By joining Accor every chapter of your story is yours to write and together we can imagine tomorrows hospitality.
