Waiter/WaitressWe are hiring a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Al-Rayyan. As a Waiter/Waitress, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for part-time work with flexible hours and no experience required. The salary for this position is $1700 per month.Key Responsibilities:Greet guests in a friendly manner and take their orders promptlyProvide menu recommendations and answer any questions about menu itemsServe food and drinks to guests in a timely mannerEnsure guest satisfaction by checking in with them throughout their mealHandle any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate as neededProcess payments accurately using POS systemMaintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining areaAssist with setting up tables and restocking supplies as neededRequirements:Must be able to communicate effectively in English (additional languages are a plus)Previous experience in customer service or the food industry is preferred but not requiredMust be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededMust be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 poundsPositive attitude with excellent interpersonal skillsIf you are looking for an exciting opportunity to work in the hospitality industry, we would love to hear from you!
