VP Supply Chain (Emirati national only)

Our client a leading engineering firm seeks a dynamic Vice President of Supply Chain to own and optimize end-to-end procurement and contracting processes. You will partner closely with Finance and senior leadership to align supply chain strategy with financial objectives Emiratization goals and long-term sustainability plans.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement supply chain strategies that support financial targets business objectives and Emiratization initiativesCollaborate with executive leadership on growth stability and sustainability projectsBuild and sustain strategic relationships with suppliers vendors and partners for reliable cost-effective sourcingServe as the central liaison between Supply Chain and other business units to ensure seamless collaborationLead coach and inspire a high-performing supply chain team fostering continuous improvement and operational excellenceIdentify and mitigate risks (e.g. disruptions regulatory compliance financial impacts) across the supply chainChampion best practices and innovative solutions to drive efficiency and competitive advantageOversee budgeting forecasting and financial planning for the supply chain functionPrepare and present performance reports financial analyses and strategic recommendations to the executive teamEnsure training and development programs equip team members with the necessary technical and behavioral skillsEmbed corporate excellence sustainability and institutional standards within all supply chain activitiesGuide annual operational planning in line with the organisation s strategic roadmapRequirementsTo be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:Emirati national (only)Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration Engineering or related discipline (Master s preferred)12 years of progressive supply chain experience including 5 years in a senior leadership roleProven track record in contracts & procurement within a large complex organisation (utilities energy or engineering sector preferred)Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting forecasting and P&L oversightExcellent stakeholder management negotiation and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to lead change manage risk and deliver innovative supply-chain solutionsPlease note: Black Pearl does not accept any payments from candidates at any stage of the recruitment process.#J-18808-Ljbffr
