Job Description As a VP Sales in an Automotive Dealership located in Ahmedabad (Vastral & Sola), you will play a crucial role in leading overall sales operations across multiple dealership locations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets - Driving team performance, productivity, and revenue growth - Managing, mentoring, and building high-performing sales teams - Monitoring sales performance through MIS, reports, and KPIs - Ensuring excellent customer experience and retention - Coordinating with marketing for lead generation and campaigns - Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and partners - Ensuring adherence to company policies and dealership standards To excel in this role, you should possess the following key requirements: - Strong experience in automotive dealership sales, with a preference for Passenger Vehicles - Proven track record in team handling and target achievement - Experience in managing multiple branches/locations - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills - Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities - MBA preferred If you have 1218 years of experience (with a minimum of 10 years in automotive sales and at least 5+ years in a leadership role), and you are looking to work in a dynamic environment where your skills will be valued, we encourage you to share your CV with us.
