VP- Remittance Products

The role holder is responsible for establishing a profitable remittance business by introducing new remittance capabilities/functionalities to increase the penetration of customers using FAB remittance services.Core ResponsibilitiesProduct managementSupports Head of Everyday Banking in developing and managing strategies aimed at generating revenue through assigned line of products in alignment with PBG objectives.Leads the effort to develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive product growth ensuring collaboration with the internal marketing team to ensure alignment with FAB brand.Identifies and evaluates potential business partners for new and innovative solution to grow the business.Establishes profitable and sustainable product mix.Leads harmonisation of products or services and ensures maintaining the level of knowledge about products and services offered by the competition in the UAE and region.Product DevelopmentDevelops product and client propositions and get agreement from various stakeholders in an efficient manner in alignment with client needs.Leads the new product approval process for new products and enhancements by syndicating and getting approvals from relevant stakeholders.Partners with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure that products meet all regulatory requirements ensuring efficiency.Collaborates with Marketing to develop educational and promotional product literature to support uptake of new products.Serves as product expert and respond to requests and questions from internal business partners.Develops policies and procedures related to the assigned products in order to ensure adherence to guidelines and mitigate risk.Enhances current products and services based on new industry trends or opportunities as well as identifying gaps in current products based on the feedback received from customer service team in order to ensure client satisfaction.Relationship ManagementCollaborates with the Distribution and Channels IT Digital transformation and mobile platforms teams in order to develop innovative and efficient electronic delivery solutions for assigned products and services ensuring client satisfactionAttends industry forums events and conferences in order to stay abreast of new trends and client requirements for product development.Collaborate with external partners (payment schemes exchange houses fintechs etc. to come up with attractive products and services for FAB customers.Internal CollaborationDevelopsrelationships and coordinates with other departments to meet client service expectations.Engages with stakeholders including Operations Technology Branches Legaletc. to develop products based on market needs.Specific AccountabilityProduct ProfitabilityMarket share of the Bank in the ProductGrowth in volumesTimetomarket of new productsAdherence to policies processes and procedures of FABProduct performance according to plan/business caseNo negative audit finding our product risk profilesQualificationsBachelors degree in Business Administration Business Management Finance or any related disciplineMasters degree in Business Administration Business Management Finance or any related discipline is preferredMinimum of 10 years of experience in product management and portfolio management etc.Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
