VP Operation and Maintenance - Water Transmission

We are seeking a highly experienced Emirati National to join as Vice President of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) in water transmission. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence, sustainability, and innovation in managing critical national infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership for all O&M functions across power and energy assets.Develop and implement long-term operational and maintenance strategies to ensure reliability, sustainability, and efficiency.Oversee energy generation, transmission, and distribution operations.Lead large technical teams, ensuring strong performance, development, and engagement.Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost efficiency.Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.Drive innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement in O&M practices.Represent the company with key stakeholders, regulators, and partners.RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:UAE National (Emirati) with family book and passport.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Power, Energy, or related Engineering discipline (Master’s preferred).15+ years of progressive experience in O&M within the Power/Energy sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.Strong expertise in energy generation, transmission, and distribution.Proven ability to manage large-scale operations, budgets, and diverse technical teams.Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.English required, Arabic preferred.To view other requirements, please visit our website - www.blackpearlconsult.com#J-18808-Ljbffr
