VP Finance - Emirati national

<div><p>Our client a reputable organization based in Ajman is seeking to hire a<b>Vice President Finance</b>who will lead the financial strategy and operations of the business. This senior leadership role requires a strong Emirati finance professional with proven experience in overseeing financial planning risk management budgeting and regulatory compliance. The selected candidate will work closely with the executive management team to ensure longterm financial sustainability and strategic alignment.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Lead the financial planning, forecasting and reporting processes.</li><li>Monitor and manage cash flow, investments and financial risk.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and internal policies.</li><li>Oversee audit and tax functions; liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.</li><li>Advise senior management on strategic financial planning and decision-making.</li><li>Build and manage a high‑performing finance team.</li><li>Prepare and present regular financial reports to the board and stakeholders.</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Must be a<b>UAE National</b>holding a<b>UAE passport and family book (Khulasat Al Qaid)</b>.</li><li>Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles.</li><li>Proven track record in managing financial operations at a strategic level.</li><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA, CMA or CFA is a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of UAE tax laws, financial regulations and best practices.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Must be willing to attend an onsite interview this Friday and be based in Ajman.</li></ul><h3>How to Apply:</h3><p>If you meet the above criteria and are ready to take on a strategic finance leadership role we invite you to apply now.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
