Vice President, Equity Research SalesAl Ramz Capital L.L.C is seeking a Vice President, Equity Research Sales to join our growing team.The incumbent will serve as the key link between our equity research analysts and institutional clients, providing actionable investment insights, market intelligence, and tailored research.The role is responsible for:Monetizing research content through client engagement.Building and maintaining deep institutional relationships.Driving revenues by positioning our research, including our exclusive CEO Series platform.Differentiating the firm’s research offering with high-impact, client-centric deliveryKey ResponsibilitiesClient CoverageAct as the primary contact for institutional investors (sovereign wealth funds, asset managers, hedge funds, family offices).Present market views, stock calls, and thematic research to buy-side clients.Cross-sell firm-wide capabilities to enhance penetration.Research Translation & DeliveryConvert detailed analyst reports into concise, commercially relevant insights.Tailor research messages for different audiences (PMs, CIOs, sector specialists, traders).Internal CollaborationPartner with analysts to align on forecasts, models, and views.Coordinate with trading, investment banking, and other functions (within regulatory boundaries).Support research marketing through roadshows, conferences, and client events.Market & Sector ExpertiseMonitor results, competitor actions, policy changes, and financial market developments.Anticipate client needs by proactively spotting investment opportunities.Qualifications and experienceEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance (mandatory). Master’s/MBA preferred.Certification: CISI, CFA or equivalent strongly preferred.Experience: Minimum 5 years in equity research sales, institutional sales, or related capital markets function, preferably in the GCC.Competencies or SkillsStrong understanding of UAE/GCC equity markets and drivers.Proven ability to build and monetize institutional client relationships.Excellent financial acumen with ability to simplify complex investment ideas.Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.Demonstrated commercial track record in revenue generation.Fluency in English (Arabic highly advantageous).Analytical mindset with ability to connect macro, sector, and company trends.If you meet above requirements, then please send your CV (which should include your nationality and current location) toConsidering the high volumes of applications we receive, only shortlisted candidates for interviews will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
