About This RoleThe Aladdin Client Engagement (ACE) group manages the strategic technology partnerships with BlackRock Solutions clients globally. ACE serves as the senior, trusted interface between clients and the Aladdin business, with accountability for value delivery, platform adoption, and long term commercial outcomes.Role Scope & AccountabilityAs part of one of BlackRock’s fastest growing businesses, you will combine deep investment lifecycle expertise with strong commercial judgement and executive presence. You will own the front to back client relationship, balancing strategic advisory, delivery ownership, and commercial growth across a complex stakeholder landscape. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director of ACE in Middle East.In this capacity, you will act as the senior owner of the client relationship, with full accountability for value delivery, platform adoption, and long term commercial outcomes across Public and Private Markets. You will engage directly with senior stakeholders at Tier1 Middle East institutions, shaping strategic discussions, influencing operating models, and ensuring Aladdin, eFront and WPS are embedded as core components of the client’s investment and operating infrastructure. The role requires strong judgement, executive presence, and the ability to balance strategic advisory with hands on ownership of delivery, escalation management, and internal coordination across product, engineering, and commercial teams.Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Commercial OwnershipOwn senior client relationships across Tier1 Middle East institutions, acting as the primary point of accountability for value realization and relationship healthDrive platform adoption and commercial outcomes across Aladdin, eFront and WPS, contributing directly to account growth, renewals, and expansion opportunitiesPartner with senior client stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into measurable outcomes that strengthen long term partnershipValue Delivery & Platform AdoptionEnsure high quality front to back value delivery across Public and Private Markets, covering investments, risk, operations, technology, and dataAct as a trusted advisor to clients across the whole portfolio, solving complex analytical and operating challengesDrive engagement campaigns and end user adoption initiatives to deepen platform penetration within client organizationsInternal Leadership & OrchestrationBuild strong internal relationships across Aladdin and eFront product, engineering, transformation and support teams to deliver coordinated client outcomesInfluence platform evolution by channeling client needs and market insights into the product roadmapLead escalation management and ensure delivery standards are consistently met across complex, multistakeholder environmentsMarket & Growth ContributionSupport regional go-to-market initiatives and contribute to the growth of BlackRock Solutions across the Middle EastRepresent the Aladdin platform credibly with sophisticated institutional clients, reinforcing BlackRock’s differentiated value propositionWhat We OfferA senior leadership role within a high growth business, combining the agility of a scaleup with the backing of the world’s largest asset managerDirect exposure to some of the most sophisticated institutional investors in the Middle EastHigh visibility across regional and global leadership, with the opportunity to shape client strategy and platform evolutionA performance driven, collaborative culture focused on delivering exceptional client outcomesRequired Experience & ProfileSignificant experience in Financial Services, Financial Technology, Consulting, or the BuySide, with exposure to complex institutional clientsStrong understanding of Private Markets and Public Markets operating models, workflows, and technology, across the full investment lifecycle from front to back officeProven ability to operate as a senior client owner, balancing strategic advisory, delivery accountability, and commercial judgmentStrong executive communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externallyHigh personal accountability, ownership mindset, and comfort operating in fast paced, high intensity environmentsPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in consulting, project management, or client relationship management roles within financial technologyDemonstrated ability to deliver large, complex programs across multiple stakeholdersFamiliarity with CRM systems such as Microsoft DynamicsFluency in English; Arabic is an advantageWho are our clients?Institutional Investors, across the Asset Managers and Asset Owners segments.
