VP, Chief of Shared Services

<div><p>As the Shared Services Leader, you will own the strategic roadmap for our centralized operations. Your mandate is to integrate Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Admin services into a single, high-performing ecosystem. This is a high-visibility role reporting to the C-suite, focused on institutionalizing operational excellence, driving digital transformation, and optimizing.</p><h3>Main Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Strategic Governance:</b>Define and execute the long-term vision for Shared Services , ensuring alignment with broader corporate objectives.</li><li><b>Financial Stewardship:</b>You will oversee multi-million budgets, drive capital allocation for operational tech, and deliver measurable ROI through cost-containment.</li><li><b>Supply Chain&Logistics Oversight:</b>Orchestrate the integration of warehousing and procurement, ensuring a resilient, data-driven supply chain that mitigates global risk.</li><li><b>Digital Transformation:</b>Lead the migration toward Intelligent Automation (RPA), , and ERP integration to move the needle from "manual" to "predictive".</li><li><b>Stakeholder Influence:</b>Act as a strategic partner to BU leaders, navigating complex internal politics to drive adoption and satisfaction across the organization.</li></ul><h3>Academic Qualifications</h3><p>Bacholer’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or International Business or equivalent.</p><p>Proven leadership experience, with at least 5 years leading multi-functional teams.</p><h3>Core Competencies</h3><ul><li><b>Transformational Leadership:</b>The ability to lead through change and build a culture of continuous improvement.</li><li><b>Executive Presence:</b>You are as comfortable in the boardroom as you are on the warehouse floor; your communication is clear, data-backed, and influential.</li><li><b>Global Acumen:</b>Experience managing cross-border operations, diverse talent pools, and international regulatory frameworks.</li><li><b>Strategic Sourcing&Vendor Ecosystems:</b>High-level negotiation skills that go beyond "price" to "value-based" partnerships.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
