Be ready to make your mark a top company, in an exciting & dynamic industry.Job DescriptionROLE PROFILE:Chief of Staff is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the delivery of AI initiatives across multiple use cases within the Innovation Hub, managing dependencies, risks, and resources to ensure projects deliveryKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive AIIH agenda as “right hand” of the Chief AI Innovation Officer, Plan and manage AI projects timelines, milestones, resource/budget allocation, progress monitoring to ensure timely and efficient deliveryFacilitate regular updates to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring clear visibility of status, blockers, and KPIs, support internal decision makingCreate high impact-presentations for senior stakeholdersShaping themes for culture and team events, offsites, commsSupport recruiting activities, onboarding supportEnsure compliance with internal governance, data, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycleDrive continuous improvement by standardizing delivery practices and supporting scalability of execution frameworksQualificationsPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATION:10+ years of project management experience, preferably in consulting with AI, data, or tech programs background within financial servicesStrong structural competence, ability to create high impact presentations to senior stakeholdersTrack record in delivering complex, cross-functional projects in agile, hybrid, or waterfall environments incl. preparing SteerCos for executive stakeholdersHigh resilience in fast paced environmentsFamiliarity with AI/ML workflows and ability to coordinate across data science, engineering, and business teamsExcellent planning, facilitation, and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiencesEducational qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or another relevant field.
