The platform focuses on identifying value‑driven opportunities across multiple real estate strategies and partnering with institutional and private capital.Job DescriptionThe role reporting to the Head of Real Estate:Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth within the Banking & Financial Services sector.Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders in Dubai and beyond.Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the business services industry.Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and align with company goals.Lead negotiations and close high‑value deals to achieve sales targets and expand the client portfolio.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote services and build brand awareness.Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business cases to prospective clients and senior management.Monitor and report on business development activities, providing regular updates to senior leadership.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate should have:9-12 years' experience in real estate business development, investments or acquisitions within the GCCBachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics or a related disciplineProven track record of originating real estate deals in the UAE, with strong exposure to Saudi ArabiaEstablished network across developers, advisors, banks and investment counterpartiesStrong commercial judgement and ability to identify value‑add opportunitiesExcellent relationship‑building, negotiation and communication skillsExperience working with asset managers, private equity firms, developers or investment platformsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teamsWhat's on OfferGreat opportunityExcellent salary and benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
