The role involves maintaining brand standards, implementing seasonal layouts, and ensuring the store reflects the company’s identity.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Design and implement visually appealing store displays in line with brand guidelines</li><li>Plan and execute seasonal themes, promotions, and in-store campaigns</li><li>Ensure proper product placement to maximize visibility and sales</li><li>Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards at all times</li><li>Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store team for replenishment</li><li>Analyze customer flow and sales trends to improve display effectiveness</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and buying teams for campaign execution</li><li>Conduct regular store walkthroughs and audits to ensure consistency</li><li>Stay updated with current market trends and competitor activities</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar role within retail (experience in furniture, home décor, or fashion retail is preferred)</li><li>Strong sense of creativity, aesthetics, and attention to detail</li><li>Good understanding of retail KPIs and customer behavior</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of design tools is an advantage</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
