Job DescriptionA Visual Merchandiser I plays a crucial role in creating visually appealing retail environments that attract, engage, and motivate customers towards making purchases. This entry-level position entails executing the visual and display standards of the retail store to drive in-store traffic and increase sales. The Visual Merchandiser I works closely with the merchandising and marketing teams to develop and implement innovative display strategies that showcase products while maintaining brand consistency. The role requires a creative flair, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of color, space, and design principles.
