ResponsibilitiesLead the visual concept development and key visual design for online campaigns, including marketing and operational projectsIndependently deliver high-quality creative work with strong attention to detail and executionAdapt to a variety of design styles and create trend-driven visuals with strong aesthetic standardsOversee the visual quality of assigned projects and ensure consistency across all outputsReview campaign performance through data analysis and apply insights to improve future design outcomesOrganize regular design-sharing sessions, using campaign reviews and competitor analysis to inspire and refine creative directionExplore and contribute to IP development and visual asset library development where relevantStay highly sensitive to design trends and emerging creative tools, especially AI-generated visual contentRequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field5+ years of experience in visual design, preferably with a strong portfolio of impactful campaign or branding workStrong artistic foundation, outstanding visual expression skills, and a high level of aesthetic judgmentProven experience in leading key visual design for major projects and managing overall visual qualityStrong data awareness, with the ability to review creative performance and optimize design direction accordinglyStrong execution skills, logical thinking, and the ability to work effectively under pressureExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proactive and positive work attitudeProficient in major design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other relevant softwareStrong interest in the education industry and a passion for design innovation with high self-motivation#J-18808-Ljbffr
