Responsible for managing the assigned section ensuring food quality and collaborating with Sous Chefs. Also, oversee junior kitchen staff and maintain hygiene and safety standards.OperationalEnsure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards as per policies and procedures set by Company.Train and coach demi chef de parties and new staff according to company standardsOversee preparation of food and monitor presentationPrepare menu orders and transfer to Sous Chef for approval and finalizationLiaise with stores and other departments to ensure smooth operationsPerform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the DepartmentBe part of an extraordinary storyYour skills.
