The Company operates two flagship mobile applications, Yalla, a voice-centric group chat platform, and Yalla Ludo, a casual gaming application featuring online versions of board games, popular in MENA, with in-game voice chat and localized Majlis functionality.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a VIP Customer Support Specialist located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The VIP Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to VIP clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical support.QualificationsFamiliarity with SLG (Strategy) games; being an experienced SLG player is a strong advantageCustomer Support, Technical Support, and Analytical SkillsStrong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction focusExperience in handling VIP clientsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailFluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.Previous experience in the online gaming industry is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
