Video Editor Intern (Unpaid)

We are seeking a creative and passionate Video Editor Intern to join our ITP Gaming division.The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual storytelling and a passion for video editing within the gaming industry. They should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast‑paced environment. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone eager to grow their editing skills and help create content that resonates with a gaming audience.ITP Gaming provides 360‑degree campaign management and execution across the GCC working with top global game publishers hardware providers non-endemic brands and influencers to bring the biggest gaming launches and initiatives to the region.RequirementsStrong command of Arabic & English (writing and speaking)Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects or similar editing softwareBasic animation and motion graphics knowledge is a plusA passion for gaming and strong awareness of gaming content trendsUnderstanding of social media platforms (particularly YouTube and Instagram)Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesResponsibilitiesEditing & Content CreationEdit gameplay videos, trailers, social clips and recap content for YouTube and social mediaImplement best practices in video editing for YouTube (thumbnails, pacing, retention, etc.)Work with producers and content leads to bring creative briefs to lifeRepurpose long‑form content into short‑form clips for reels, TikTok and YouTube ShortsParticipate in brainstorming and content ideation sessionsAssist with podcast video editing and uploadingEnsure brand guidelines and tone are consistently maintained in all outputsCoordination & CollaborationCoordinate closely with the social and editorial teams to align on publishing schedulesCollaborate with the production team to manage post‑production timelines and deliverablesSupport the development of creative proposals and visual references when neededAnalytics & ImprovementAnalyse content performance on YouTube and other platforms to optimize future videosStay updated with editing trends, platform updates and audience behaviours in the gaming spaceIf youre passionate about gaming storytelling through video and want to help shape how global gaming brands connect with GCC audiences then we d love to hear from you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
