<div><p>Join a founder-led boutique creative agency delivering bold, growth-focused solutions in branding, campaigns, digital design, and social impact projects. They're a values-driven studio in Dubai's JLT, building brands from mission to market like full brand builds for micro-mobility leaders and fintech platforms while championing "growth through creativity" for clients and teams. Plus craft compelling video content for our anchor Saudi mining client, a principal partner of Aston Martin in Formula 1, transforming industrial scale into sleek, edgy campaigns with global flair.</p><p>As Video Editor, you'll shape visual narratives through the cut, drive end-to-end video production, and bring creative concepts to life across social-first campaigns, brand films, and OOH placements in a human, non-formal culture. Work closely with art directors, designers, and strategists to ensure every frame lands with intention, energy, and impact.</p><h3>What You'll Focus On</h3><ul><li>Edit high-quality video content for social-first campaigns and OOH placements across digital screens and physical spaces.</li><li>Craft platform-optimised content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, paid social, and digital OOH with strong pacing, rhythm, and music integration.</li><li>Develop motion graphics, typography, supers, transitions, and light VFX to enhance narrative and brand identity.</li><li>Apply colour grading, sound design, and finishing techniques to deliver polished, client-ready outputs.</li><li>Adapt edits across multiple aspect ratios and formats, ensuring technical accuracy for social and large-scale OOH placements.</li><li>Confidently interpret briefs and push creative further by proposing fresh editorial approaches where needed.</li><li>Utilise AI tools within the editing workflow for efficiency, ideation, enhancement, clean-up, or generative creative experimentation.</li><li>Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and account teams to meet tight timelines without compromising quality.</li><li>Manage media efficiently and maintain a clean, scalable workflow across projects.</li></ul><h3>Who You Are</h3><ul><li>2-4 years of video editing experience in an agency, production company, or content studio.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; working knowledge of Highfield, Weavy, or similar tools is a bonus.</li><li>Strong sound design sensibility with an understanding of how audio drives emotion and impact.</li><li>Confident in motion graphics and comfortable building assets rather than relying solely on templates.</li><li>Proven experience delivering content for social platforms and an understanding of how content performs across them.</li><li>Familiarity with OOH technical requirements and scaling creative for large-format screens is advantageous.</li><li>Proactive and self-directed with the confidence to take ownership of projects when needed.</li><li>Confident communicator who thrives in a small, collaborative team and takes feedback constructively.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Audition, Highfield, Weavy, with focus on social content, OOH campaigns, motion graphics, and integrated video production.</li></ul><h3>Why You'll Thrive Here</h3><ul><li>Founder-led studio (11-50 team) with direct access to CEO, end-to-end brand building, and purpose-driven work like UNHCR MENA partnerships donating 25% of fashion line sales to refugees.</li><li>Bold, human culture rejecting "formal" vibes and "urgent" chaos while prioritising strategy, planning, and real impact across Dubai's dynamic scene.</li><li>Hero projects with clients like micro-mobility brands (full strategy to campaigns) and fintech refreshes, plus self-initiated thought-leadership.</li><li>Diverse, gritty team valuing bold voices, social impact, and sustainable brand growth over vanity metrics.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
