Video Animator & Social Media Manager

Are you a creative and energetic content creator who lives and breathes social media?We’re looking for a Video Animator & Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our digital presence across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.Key Responsibilities:Video Creation & AnimationShoot and produce engaging video content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.Animate explainer videos, promos, reels, and brand stories using tools like After Effects or similar.Edit videos with compelling transitions, subtitles, effects, and music to enhance viewer engagement.Social Media ManagementPlan and schedule content across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.Monitor platform trends and adapt content accordingly to grow followers and engagement.Respond to comments, DMs, and build community engagement across platforms.Optimize posts for reach, visibility, and performance (hashtags, timing, captions, thumbnails).Channel Growth & AnalyticsTrack and analyze performance metrics to improve content strategy.Research competitors and trends to develop fresh content ideas.Grow subscriber/follower base across all channels through organic and creative strategies.Requirements:Proven experience in video shooting, editing, and animation.Strong portfolio showcasing social media content (especially reels, shorts, animations).Proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, etc.Knowledge of YouTube Studio, TikTok Business Suite, and Instagram insights.Ability to create engaging captions, titles, and video descriptions.Excellent time management and creativity in fast-paced content cycles.Strong understanding of content trends, viral formats, and platform-specific strategies.Must be based in Dubai and available for in-person video shoots.Nice to Have:Photography skills for still contentGraphic design skills using Canva or PhotoshopExperience with paid ads or influencer collaborationsWhat We OfferCreative freedom to lead and build brand visibilityA young, collaborative, and driven teamCompetitive salary + performance-based bonusesExposure to various industries and niche markets#J-18808-Ljbffr
