The company specializes in digital transformation, AI, data intelligence, and business process services, helping enterprises improve efficiency and customer experience.Job SummaryThe Vice President – Sales will drive revenue growth in the UAE market by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives across digital transformation, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions. This role requires strong leadership, deep market knowledge, and the ability to manage enterprise client relationships.Reporting To: Chief Growth & Strategy Officer (CGSO)Key ResponsibilitiesDrive regional revenue growth and market expansion across the Middle EastDevelop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectivesIdentify and close new enterprise opportunities across target industriesBuild and manage relationships with C-level stakeholdersLead the full sales cycle: lead generation, RFPs, proposals, negotiations, and closuresBuild partnerships with system integrators and technology resellersManage and mentor a team of 2–3 sales professionalsTrack market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologiesCollaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure solution alignmentService OfferingsCloud Services (AWS / Azure)Digital EngineeringCybersecurityAutomation & AI SolutionsSuccess MetricsRevenue growth and target achievementNew client acquisition in Middle EastStrategic account expansionTeam performance and deliveryKey Solution AreasCloud (AWS, Azure)Digital TransformationData Analytics & AICybersecurityERP (SAP, Oracle)Managed Services14–18 years of experience in B2B IT / enterprise salesStrong experience in Middle East market (mandatory)Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise dealsStrong network across target industries (FSI, Oil & Gas, Govt, Travel)Expertise in selling digital transformation, cloud, or cybersecurity solutionsStrong negotiation and consultative selling skillsExperience managing small sales teamsAbility to engage and influence C-suite stakeholdersBachelor’s degree (attested with apostille stamp mandatory)English fluency required; Arabic is an advantageCompensation & BenefitsSalary: AED 57,500/month + performance incentives30 days annual leaveMedical insurance for self & familyGratuity as per GOSI regulationsVisa providedAnnual air tickets for self & family#J-18808-Ljbffr
