Vice President - Private Equity

We are partnering with a leading investment firm based in Dubai to appoint a Vice President within their investment team. The firm has a diversified, global investment strategy with a strong focus on private markets, including private equity, growth investments, and structured opportunities across multiple sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities across private equity, growth equity, and structured investmentsConduct detailed financial modelling, valuation analysis, and commercial due diligenceSupport deal structuring, negotiations, and execution processes end-to-endWork closely with senior stakeholders on investment strategy and portfolio constructionMonitor and manage portfolio company performance, including board participation where relevantDevelop investment theses across sectors such as technology, healthcare, industrials, and business servicesBuild and maintain relationships with advisors, management teams, and co-investorsCandidate Profile6–10 years of experience within private equity, investment banking (M&A), or principal investingStrong track record of executing transactions across sectors (non-real estate)Advanced financial modelling and analytical skillsetExperience working across the full deal lifecycleExposure to international markets is highly preferredExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsDegree from a top-tier university; MBA or CFA is advantageous#J-18808-Ljbffr
