And we offer you the freedom to be a positive disrupter and turn big ideas into bold industrychanging realities.For our business for clients and for youVice President Private Equity OperationsLocation: Abu DhabiThe principal responsibility for the position is the coordination and management of all administration functions relating to a specific group of clients.Responsibilities will include:Review of Net Asset Valuation (NAV) files for a variety of Private Equity funds ensuring their accuracyand compliance with fund governing and regulatory procedure.Review of annual financial statement.Calculation and processing of fund capital calls and distribution.Assist in the preparation and completion of the audit process for assigned relationshipsInvestor onboarding including AML/KYC documents reviewAssist in staff collaboration and ensure that client deliverables are being metResponsible for the consistency and accuracy of assigned relationshipsSubmission of regulatory and tax filings on behalf of clientsRegular interaction with clients fund directors and other relevant parties.Assist management with MIS reportingApplicants should possess (as a minimum):A detailed understanding of Private Equity and other close ended fund structures and the fund administration industryA detailed understanding of regulatory requirements810 years experience in fund accounting and a professional degree in accounting or financeKnowledge of eFront preferredAn ability and desire to work to tight deadlinesAn ability to multitask and manage projectsExcellent interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with colleagues clients other stakeholdersExcellent organisational skillsExcellent communication skillsAdditional information:We are an equal opportunity employer and ensure that no applicant is subject to lessfavourable treatment on the grounds of gender gender identity marital status racecolour nationality ethnicity age sexual orientation socioeconomic responsibilities fordependants physical or mental disability.
