Vice President of Sales

We are looking for a dynamic VP – Sales to lead global sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and scale our presence in the Forex / CFD trading industry. This is a leadership role within the executive team, focused on building high-performing teams, expanding market reach, and strengthening client acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute global sales strategy aligned with business goalsDrive revenue growth through retail acquisition & IB partnershipsBuild, lead, and mentor high-performing international sales teamsDevelop and expand IB & affiliate networksAcquire and manage high-net-worth clients (HNI)Analyze market trends & competition to identify growth opportunitiesCollaborate with marketing, product, and support teamsTrack and optimize performance using data-driven KPIs & analyticsRequirementsBachelor’s in Business / Finance / Economics (MBA preferred)8–15 years in Forex / CFD / Financial Trading salesMinimum 5+ years in sales leadership rolesExperience managing international sales teamsStrong track record in IB partnerships & client acquisition#J-18808-Ljbffr
