A leading global organisation is seeking an exceptional Vice President of Communications to lead and shape its global communications strategy during a period of significant growth and transformation.This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a seasoned communications executive who has operated at the most senior levels within large-scale publicly listed organisations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in defining how the organisation is perceived by investors, analysts, regulators, global media and wider stakeholders, ensuring the corporate narrative aligns closely with strategic priorities, financial performance and long-term value creation.This mandate extends well beyond traditional corporate communications. The role sits at the intersection of reputation management, financial communications, investor engagement and governance, requiring strong executive judgement and experience operating in highly scrutinised listed environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the global communications function for a major international organisationShape the company’s reputation and positioning across capital markets, global media and key stakeholdersProvide strategic counsel to the Board, Executive Committee and senior leadership teamOversee communications related to investor messaging, financial performance and earnings cyclesDevelop market-sensitive narratives aligned with financial disclosures and strategic prioritiesManage relationships with analysts, institutional investors, regulators and exchange authoritiesLead crisis communications and reputation management at a global levelDrive the transformation and modernisation of the communications functionBuild an integrated communications framework across media, digital, internal and stakeholder channelsCandidate ProfileThe successful candidate will be a senior communications leader with experience operating within large, publicly listed organisations, ideally within energy, infrastructure, industrial or similarly complex global sectors.Key requirements include:Experience leading communications within a $50Bn+ publicly listed organisationStrong background in financial communications and capital markets messagingExperience advising Board and Executive Committee stakeholdersDeep expertise in reputation management and crisis communicationsProven experience representing organisations with regulators, exchanges and international mediaDemonstrated ability to transform and modernise communications functionsA global mindset with the ability to position a major organisation within the international landscapeThe OpportunityThis is a rare opportunity to take on a dynamic and strategic leadership role.
