Job Description As a Vice President/Lead Data Management Analyst at Wells Fargo, you will play a crucial role in leading complex companywide initiatives to maintain data quality to effectively support business processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Organizing and leading initiatives to ensure data quality is maintained - Overseeing analysis and reporting for regulatory requirements - Identifying and recommending analysis of data quality issues - Evaluating data quality metrics and audits - Making decisions in complex situations requiring solid understanding of data governance standards - Identifying new data sources and assessing the quality of new data - Leading project teams and mentoring less experienced staff - Recommending process or control gap remediation - Serving as a relationship manager for a line of business - Consulting with senior management on data quality assessments - Representing the client in developing data governance strategies Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management - Equivalent demonstrated experience through work, training, military service, or education Desired qualifications include: - Master's degree in finance, statistics, or engineering - Experience in SQL, MS Access, Ab Initio Express IT, Informatica, Metadata Hub, Collibra, Power BI, and Alteryx - Proficiency in Data related platforms/tools and Data Management, Collibra, Abnitio - Familiarity with Metadata/Data dictionaries management and data lineage - Experience in Data Quality monitoring, mapping, and profiling - Proficiency in MS Excel Additionally, the job expectations include: - Understanding of enterprise finance applications and complex data management - Expertise in Enterprise Metadata Hub, Collibra, Power BI, and Alteryx - Hands-on experience in Data mapping, Lineage, Data Dictionaries, and Data management - Supervising day-to-day team operations and recommending operational improvements - Leading stakeholder development and implementing complex projects - Ensuring compliance and risk management requirements are met - Collaborating with professionals at all levels and mentoring team members If you possess strong leadership skills, experience in data management programs, working with remote teams, and excellent communication skills, this role may be a great fit for you.
