Vice President - Instrumentation&Control Systems

<div><p>We are seeking a senior business leader to head our Instrumentation, Automation&Control Systems division. This role carries full end-to-end responsibility for the business unit, including<b>P&L ownership, commercial strategy, engineering capability, project execution, and customer satisfaction</b>.</p><p>The Vice President will play a critical role in driving growth, operational excellence, and transforming the business into a high-performing provider of integrated instrumentation, automation, and control system solutions across industrial and infrastructure sectors.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Business&P&L Leadership</h3><ul><li>Own full P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency</li><li>Develop and execute annual business plans, budgets, and financial targets</li><li>Track financial KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed</li><li>Provide regular performance and risk updates to executive leadership</li><li>Lead tendering, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations</li><li>Ensure competitive, compliant, and profitable commercial offerings</li><li>Identify and develop opportunities in instrumentation, automation, control systems, and smart industrial applications</li><li>Build and strengthen relationships with utilities, industrial clients, EPC contractors, and consultants</li></ul><h3>Project Delivery Excellence</h3><ul><li>Oversee all projects from award through final handover</li><li>Ensure delivery meets schedule, cost, quality, and safety targets</li><li>Establish and maintain a robust PMO framework for planning, risk management, and reporting</li><li>Improve resource utilization and reduce rework and field issues</li><li>Build strong engineering capabilities across instrumentation, PLC/DCS, SCADA/RTU, and systems integration</li><li>Define engineering standards, design guidelines, and quality control processes</li><li>Strengthen turnkey and integrated solution delivery capabilities</li><li>Act as the senior escalation point for key customers and partners</li><li>Drive customer satisfaction and conduct regular business reviews</li><li>Ensure timely resolution of commercial or execution issues</li></ul><h3>Organization&Talent Development</h3><ul><li>Design and optimize the organizational structure</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop senior managers across commercial, engineering, and operations</li><li>Identify talent gaps and support recruitment, training, and capability development</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement</li></ul><h3>Candidate Profile</h3><ul><li>15+ years of experience in industrial instrumentation, automation, and control systems</li><li>Proven P&L leadership experience in a project-based or engineering organization</li><li>Strong commercial, contractual, and negotiation skills</li><li>Deep technical knowledge of instrumentation, PLC/DCS, SCADA, and systems integration</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead large, multidisciplinary technical teams</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
