Vice President Finance

We’re partnering with a high-growth technology business in the GCC looking to appoint a Vice President of Finance to play a critical role in scaling the company towards a potential IPO and capital markets activity.This is a board-facing leadership role with full ownership of the finance function and a mandate to drive strategy, governance, and growth.What you’ll be doing:Partner directly with the CEO and Board on financial strategy and growthLead IPO readiness and manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatorsDrive fundraising, capital allocation, and investor relationsBuild and scale a best-in-class finance function across FP&A, reporting, and controlsSupport regional expansion across the GCC and potential M&A activityWhat we’re looking for:16+ years’ experience in finance leadership rolesBackground in technology + top-tier consulting (Big 4 / strategy)Proven experience with IPO / capital markets transactionsStrong understanding of GCC markets and regulatory landscapeComfortable operating at Board and investor levelWhy this role?Direct impact on a high-growth, scaling tech businessOpportunity to lead a full IPO journeyHigh visibility with senior leadership and investorsRegional influence across one of the fastest-growing markets globally#J-18808-Ljbffr
