Our ideal candidate will be dedicated to improving the quality of life for animals through exceptional surgical practices and patient management.ResponsibilitiesAssess and diagnose orthopedic conditions in animals through comprehensive medical evaluations.Perform advanced orthopedic surgical procedures including but not limited to fracture repair, joint stabilization and corrective surgeries.Oversee the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative care of surgical patients including managing pain and ensuring patient recovery.Collaborate closely with veterinary technicians and support staff to maintain high standards of care.Educate pet owners about orthopedic conditions, treatment options and postoperative care protocols.Keep abreast of the latest advancements in veterinary orthopedics and implement evidence-based practices.Maintain detailed medical records in compliance with veterinary regulations and organizational policies.RequirementsVeterinary degree recognized by the local authority with a valid Ministry License in Abu Dhabi.Specialization in Orthopedic Surgery with hands-on experience is essential.A minimum of 3 years of experience in a veterinary capacity specifically in orthopedic surgery.Demonstrated proficiency in various surgical techniques and postoperative management.Strong client communication skills and capacity to explain complex medical concepts to pet owners.Team-oriented mindset with the ability to mentor junior staff and work collaboratively.Passion for animal welfare and a commitment to providing high-quality surgical care.Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.Willingness to pursue continued professional development and training in orthopedic procedures.BenefitsSalary Benefits (tax free)#J-18808-Ljbffr
