We’re looking for a Veterinary Practice Manager to join the founding team. Not a “keep-the-lights-on” manager. A builder. A disrupter. Predictive demand forecasting, intelligent appointment scheduling, automated client engagement, and real-time performance dashboards that turn gut-feel management into precision operations.A full marketing and growth engine. This isn’t a clinic that waits for walk-ins. We’re building lead generation, SEO, GEO, automated nurture sequences, and a brand that pet owners will actively seek out.We’re backed by the founders and management team of one of the GCC’s leading leisure operators — a group that has disrupted and scaled 50+ leisure sites across the GCC, predominantly in the UAE and KSA. Now we’re bringing that same playbook, pace, and ambition to the veterinary space.Speed. Multiple locations launching in rapid succession across the UAE, with KSA expansion on the near horizon. You’ll build the operational blueprint that every future location runs on.The RoleYou’re the person who turns vision into daily reality. You’ll own the full site P&L — revenue, costs, margins, headcount. Every number runs through you. You’ll build the SOPs, manage the team, drive performance, and create a client experience so good that word-of-mouth becomes your most powerful marketing channel.You’ll work directly with the founding team and the Veterinary Clinical Director to ensure clinical excellence and operational efficiency aren’t in tension — they’re the same thing. Your job is to build the operational machine that gives veterinarians full clinical autonomy: when the business runs flawlessly, clinicians are free to focus entirely on medicine.As we grow, you’ll mentor and develop the next generation of practice managers across the network. The playbook you write becomes the standard. The team you build becomes the blueprint.Day to day, you’ll be:Owning the clinic P&L — tracking revenue, managing costs, forecasting demand, and reporting performance to the founding teamManaging the full team roster — scheduling, staffing levels, leave management, and ensuring the clinic is never under- or over-resourcedDriving the client experience from first contact to follow-up — monitoring NPS, online reviews, client retention, and identifying friction pointsBuilding, refining, and enforcing SOPs across front-of-house, back-of-house, inventory, and client communicationWorking with the marketing engine to convert leads into booked appointments and first-time visitors into loyal clientsManaging inventory, supplier relationships, and procurement to keep the clinic stocked without overspendingRunning daily huddles and weekly performance reviews with the clinical and support teamsCoordinating with the Clinical Director on capacity planning, clinical workflow, and ensuring operational decisions support clinical outcomesThis will suit you if:You’ve managed a veterinary practice, medical clinic, premium retail, or hospitality operation — and you know you can do it better with the right toolsYou’re comfortable owning a full site P&L and making commercially accountable decisions every dayYou think in systems, not tasks.
