<div><h3>Veterinary Doctor</h3><h3>Abu Dhabi</h3><p>This role provides a relocation package for candidates based in South Africa and Europe.</p><p>The Veterinary Doctor will play a key role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of dairy cattle on largescale farms. The Veterinary Doctor will diagnose and treat illnesses, oversee preventative health programs and manage reproductive health.</p><h3>Key areas</h3><ul><li>Collaborate with nutritionists to optimize feeding programs</li><li>Maintain accurate medical records for animals</li><li>Educate farm staff on best practices in animal handling, health monitoring and hygiene</li><li>Ensure all practices comply with local veterinary regulations and farm policies</li><li>Perform surgical procedures as needed</li></ul><h3>Animal Health Care</h3><ul><li>Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries and other health conditions in dairy cattle.</li><li>Perform regular health checks and clinical assessments.</li><li>Administer vaccinations, medications and other treatments as required.</li></ul><h3>Preventative Care</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement herd health programs to prevent diseases and infections.</li><li>Monitor and manage biosecurity protocols to maintain a disease‑free environment.</li><li>Conduct routine deworming, hoof care and other preventative measures.</li></ul><h3>Reproductive Management</h3><ul><li>Oversee artificial insemination (AI) and natural breeding programs.</li><li>Diagnose and manage reproductive disorders.</li><li>Monitor and assist with calving processes and neonatal care.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications and Experience required</h3><ul><li>Bachelors Degree in veterinary</li><li>5 years experience, with 2 years experience in a GCC country</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
