As a Vendor Reporting Specialist, you will take over tasks from the Product Management team to ensure vendor reporting is performed timely, accurately, and in line with vendor and Ingram Micro compliance. You will coordinate with all internal teams that are data entry points and ensure data quality.What You Will DoSubmit vendor reports (POS and inventory) on time and as per required frequency.Monitor report submission success rate and, in case of rejections, highlight the issue, make corrective actions, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and resubmit the report.Monitor claim rejections and correct them.Perform claim reconciliation and get sign‑off from Finance.Send weekly/monthly claim reconciliation reports to the business.Contract Duration6 monthsHow You Can Get This OpportunityEducation and Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.Skills: Advanced Excel knowledge and proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.Your Growth with UsAt Ingram Micro, we invest in your future.
