Explore a diverse range of opportunities with high-potential startups that are scaling globally from the UAE capital.</p><p>Qureos</p><p>Posted on Mar 28, 2026</p><p>Apply now</p><p>Riyadh</p><p><b>Location:</b>Saudi Arabia<br/><b>Experience:</b>3–7 years</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>We are seeking a<b>Vendor Registration&Prequalification Specialist</b>with proven, hands‑on experience in<b>Saudi Arabia</b>to manage the<b>end‑to‑end registration and qualification</b>of the company on government, semi‑government, giga‑project, and private sector portals.</p><p><b>Important:</b>This is<b>not</b>a procurement, supply chain, or contracts role.<br/>This is a<b>pure execution role</b>focused on ensuring the company is registered, compliant, and eligible for tenders and project invitations.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><p>Manage vendor registration and prequalification on KSA platforms, including:<br/>Etimad, Baladi, Forsa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Supplier Portal, and other relevant portals</p><p>Register and qualify the company with major entities and giga‑projects such as Aramco, NEOM, Red Sea Global, ROSHN, and government authorities</p><p>Prepare, upload, and maintain all legal, financial, technical, and compliance documents</p><p>Handle portal rejections, clarifications, resubmissions, and follow‑ups until approval</p><p>Track renewals of licenses, certificates, and registrations across all platforms</p><p>Coordinate with Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations teams to collect required documentation</p><p>Act as the primary point of contact with government entities and portal administrators</p><p>Ensure vendor eligibility and readiness prior to tender announcements</p><h3>Mandatory Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)</h3><p>3–7 years of hands‑on experience in vendor registration, prequalification, or supplier onboarding</p><p>Direct experience with Etimad, Baladi, SAP Ariba, or Oracle Supplier Portal<br/>(minimum experience on at least two platforms required)</p><p>Experience dealing with government, semi‑government, or giga‑project portals in Saudi Arabia</p><p>Strong understanding of qualification documentation and compliance requirements</p><h3>Preferred Background</h3><p>Construction, engineering, contracting, facility management, trading, or manpower companies</p><p>Prior involvement with government tenders or giga‑projects in Saudi Arabia</p><h3>Key Skills</h3><p>High attention to detail</p><p>Strong follow‑up and coordination skills</p><p>Portal-based data entry and compliance handling</p><p>Excellent document management and organization</p><p>Clear and professional communication with external entities</p><p><b>Apply only if you have direct, hands‑on experience with KSA vendor registration and prequalification portals.</b></p><p>Locations Riyadh</p><p>Riyadh</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
